In some cases, the manager can be replaced by another host or representative. These General Terms and Conditions \/ House Rules apply to all users of B&amp;B Koor 91. These General Terms and Conditions take effect upon confirmation of the reservation. <\/p>\n<h2>Reservation<\/h2>\n<p>When making a reservation, the correct number of people who will stay at B&amp;B Koor 91 must always be stated.<br \/>\nIn the case of an overnight stay with children, the age of the child(ren) must be stated in the reservation request. The rooms are suitable for a maximum occupancy of 2 people. It is not allowed to spend the night and\/or stay in the room with more than two people, with the exception of a baby in a cot. By entering into a rental agreement for your stay, these General Terms and Conditions and house rules come into force. The reservation can be made via the booking platforms offered or directly via the website of the B&amp;B. After booking, a booking confirmation will be sent.<br \/>\nThe reservation is only confirmed after payment of the full amount or 50% advance via the account no. IBAN: BE29 0019 1557 2164 and the remaining amount at check-in.<br \/>\nWhen changing the number of persons and\/or rooms indicated on the reservation form at check-in, B&amp;B Koor 91 applies the cancellation conditions and\/or investigates whether additional rooms are available at that time. <\/p>\n<h2>Prices<\/h2>\n<p>The rates are exclusive of tourist tax. Rates of the B&amp;B are always non-binding and subject to interim changes. All statements on our website are deemed to have been provided in good faith and are always subject to interim adjustments. B&amp;B Koor 91 is not bound by obvious errors on its website. With a double reservation, it is not possible for only one of the two guests to book breakfast.<\/p>\n<h2>Cancellation Policy<\/h2>\n<p>If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged (full refund or advance payment). If cancelled within a week before the commencement date, 50% of the balance is due as compensation. In case of cancellation on the day itself, 100% of the balance is due.<br \/>\nIf you are unfortunately unable to fulfil the reservation you have made, you must report this to us as soon as possible, so that we can still offer the released date to third parties.<\/p>\n<h2>Checking in<\/h2>\n<p>In principle, check-in is from 15:00. A different time can be arranged in consultation with the hostess. Check-in is preferably before 22:00.<br \/>\nIn any case, indicate at least one day before arrival at what time you expect to arrive. This way there is certainly someone present and you do not have to wait unnecessarily. For example, you can also arrive earlier to put down your luggage and collect the key.<\/p>\n<h2>Checking out<\/h2>\n<p>Check-out is possible until 11:00 am on the day of departure. Depending on the occupancy, a different check-out time can be agreed upon in consultation and after approval. However, the guideline remains 11:00 am.<\/p>\n<h2>Pets<\/h2>\n<p>Pets are not allowed.<\/p>\n<h2>Key management<\/h2>\n<p>On arrival you will receive one room key from the hostess and a key to the front door of the building on request. You must take care of locking the doors of your accommodation yourself. In case of loss of the room key or the key to the front door, we are forced to charge it (\u20ac 50.00 for front door key and \u20ac 20.00 for room key).<\/p>\n<h2>Bed linen and towels<\/h2>\n<p>During your stay, towels and bed linen are provided and changed as desired. The costs of this are included in the price unless other agreements have been made about this.<\/p>\n<h2>Parking<\/h2>\n<p>You can park your car for free in the designated parking spaces at our B&amp;B. Parking is only allowed for the duration of the stay. Bicycles can also be parked free of charge in the bicycle shed provided for this purpose. We are not liable for theft and\/or any form of damage to your car or bicycle. Parking on the grounds at B&amp;B Koor 91 is at your own risk.<\/p>\n<h2>Smoking<\/h2>\n<p>It is forbidden to smoke in the house\/guesthouses of B&amp;B Koor 91. You can smoke on the terrace in consultation, provided that this does not bother others and safety is not compromised. The terrace must remain butt free. The misuse of fire\/extinguishing equipment or disabling the smoke detector is not permitted.<\/p>\n<h2>Internet<\/h2>\n<p>B&amp;B Koor 91 offers a WIFI guest network. The user will refrain from visiting internet websites that have an illegal character.<\/p>\n<h2>Injury<\/h2>\n<p>B&amp;B Koor 91 is in no way liable for any form of damage, loss or theft that you have or experience during your stay at B&amp;B Koor 91.<br \/>\nIf damage is caused to the accommodation or its furnishings during your stay, you must inform the inform the hostess of this and costs may be charged.
